The invention relates to chromatography. The purpose of the invention is to increase the service life and improve performance. The device comprises successively fixed guide bushings, a sealing element and a housing in which coaxial channels for the injection needle are made. The housing also has a channel serving as a valve guide, the axis of which is at an angle of 90-180 °, preferably 120-150 °, relative to the direction of movement of the injection needle. The valve guide is made coaxial with it, a recess entering the zone of the injection needle channel. The valve shut-off element is spring-loaded, cylindrical, and provided with a protrusion having an end surface extending at an angle to the injection needle channel. The protrusion of the locking member is located in the recess of the guide. The angle between the injection needle channel and the end surface of the protrusion of the locking member in the direction of the injection needle entrance is 120-150 °. The head for sampling and insertion of gas or liquid samples has a housing 1, a threaded section 2 onto which the guide sleeve 3 for the injection needle is screwed. The guide sleeve 3 comprises a channel 4. axial with the channel 5 of the head and serving as a guide section for the injection needle. Between the guide vupku 3 and the housing 1 is located between the channels 4 and 5 is provided with a passage through the sealing element 6, through which the injection needle passes when it is inserted, and the sealing element 6 fits tightly to the injection needle relative to the outer space.

The head has a channel 8 located at an angle of 135 ° to the axis of the channel 5, the outer end section of which is threaded, and the opposite end is continued in a cylindrical recess 9 of smaller diameter, the recess 9 entering the zone of the injection needle channel and between the channel 5 and the recess 9, an annular surface 10 is arranged perpendicularly perpendicular to the axis of the channel 8. Due to the pre-stressing of the spring 17 in position and locking the inlet valve, the sealing ring 14 is clamped between the surfaces 10 and 13 for the purpose of sealing, while the front side of the protrusion 12 is adjacent to the bottom of the recess 9 or is located a short distance from it so that the front side of the protrusion 12, mainly blocking the zone of entry of the channel 5 into the recess 9 from the side of the introductory part 3. When the injection needle is inserted, its end encounters an end surface of the protrusion 12 that runs obliquely to the channel 5 and pushes it against the action of the spring 17 from the channel 5 11 in the guide 8, whereby at the same time the seal 14 moves from its position adjacent to the surface 10 and from the channel 5 zone. The seal function is thus adopted by the sealing element 6.
The gas pipe 7 enters under serving as a sealing surface of the annular surface 13 into the channel 5 and can be used, for example, to supply a gas carrier or for purging.
The housing 1 of the valve 11 and the plug 15, as well as the guide sleeve 3, can be made of plastic. It does not require special
Adjustments, tolerances that must be observed, are not critical.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the channel 8 is not threaded and
the stopper 15 together with the sealing ring 16 is inserted into the channel 8 and held therein by means of the plate 18.
In addition, a lock nut 19 is provided at the lower end of the housing 1, held by the spring retaining ring 20. The head is then screwed through the annular flat seal 21 onto a part 22, for example a container or the like.
With the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, an insert 23 is inserted into the recess, which has the shape of a ring with or without a bottom. The protrusion 12 of the valve body 11 contains a ball 24, which is connected to the body of the valve 11 through a threaded pin 25. Ball 24
